MPETSS STEM club.
STEM Clubs are a powerful and enjoyable way to engage young people with science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) subjects. STEM club started in October this year and runs on Wednesdays from 1.10 to 2.10pm. The aim of our STEM club is to unite students as a team to explore, investigate and innovate. We carry out short and long projects and keep up to date with the latest science news. Students work in teams to carry out these projects so team building is essential to our club, and to having fun with STEM!
MPETSS Science teachers are completing a course to become STEAM ambassadors (A to incorporate Arts) with Make Create Innovate. This is providing them with tools to enhance creativity and innovation using circuit technology.
